Neal S. Cohen
Neal founded Cohen Development Corporation over 20 years ago. Neal overseas all operations at Cohen Development Corporation. Neal has acted as a senior principal in over 25 acquisitions comprising retail, office and industrial properties. Neal is an acknowledged expert in structuring complicated real estate transactions and undertaking redevelopment and re-tenanting projects. Neal also founded CoBe Capital LLC in the early 1990ís that purchases undervalued companies and invests in undervalued securities. Previous Neal worked for the Robert Olnick Corporation; a leading New York City based Real Estate Developer. Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. Neal sits of the Board of Directors of Stark Manufacturing, Bus Parts Warehouse and Manhattan Management Corporation.

Matthew Welter
Vice President


Mr. Welter serves as an Asset Manager and Acquisitions Associate for Cohen Development Corporation. He is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting and managing the firmís leasing and disposition strategies. He is also responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities and developing long-term asset plans. Prior to Cohen Development Corporation, Mr. Welter served as an Associate with a suburban Philadelphia real estate development and investment company, where he managed the companyís transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, refinancing and capital sourcing. He also served as the companyís project manager, overseeing the construction, redevelopment, and capital improvement programs of the portfolio. Mr. Welter received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut and J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
